**ALL NON-PROFIT GROUPS PLEASE NOTE: If you will be selling anything, this information must be listed in detail on your application and be approved prior to arriving at the Market. As always, no fee is required but donations are
welcome and appreciated. Please include a list of dates for each market in which you are interested in participating.
Application/advertising fee: $50 for applications received by March 1st, 2010, $60 for applications received after that date. This fee covers application to all four markets. Please indicate below to which market(s) you are applying.
Weekly fees for each market will continue to be only $10.
__________________ Total Fees Enclosed (fees are non-refundable and there is no guarantee of acceptance). We will be doing intense advertising of all markets and hope that each of you will do the same with your customer databases.
This year the Market Umbrella would like to ask our permanent South of the James vendors to assist in the strengthening of the new North of the James market by committing to vend there once a month or more during the season.
Please indicate to which market(s) you are applying:
#1. South of the James @ Forest Hill Park – begins Saturday, 5/1 and runs through Saturday, 12/4. Hours are 8am to 1pm. Setup begins @ 7am. I am applying for this market. _______________
2. North of the James @ Bryan Park – begins Tuesday, 5/4 and runs through Tuesday, 10/26. Hours are 3pm to 7pm. Setup begins @ 2pm. I am applying for this market. _______________
3. First Fridays @ the Quirk Art Gallery – runs year round the first Friday night of each month except January. Hours are 6pm until 9:30pm, setup times are assigned by event coordinator. I am applying for this market. ______________

Electricity: Is limited and available only to those vendors who are unable to vend without it. This would include food and/or beverage vendors who must provide hot and/or cold items. __________ I need electricity
